Hey Commish, how come the owner of players does not show up on the position 
list for the Gold Eta league? The only way we know if a player is taken, is by trying 
to acquire him or looking at every team to see if a player is on their roster. That 
takes a lot of time  effort. If there is a faster/easier way to identify if a player is

**BUF@CIN WK17**  The NFL has announced the game will not resume. This concludes Week 17 and results will include all stats accrued in week 17 just as in any other week.
Online data is being finalized to reflect this fact concluding the 2022 season.

In an effort to avoid some of the difficulties covid is creating, it has been decided to make waivers unlimited for the 2020 season.
This is effective immediately and will be for the 2020 season only.
This is an adjustment for 2020 and NOT A RULE CHANGE.

Well, we knew it was just a matter of time before Covid affected the 2020 reg. season.
The PIT@TEN, week 4 game has been moved to an undertermined date and will not be played in week 4.
This means that for fantasy purposes BOTH TEN and PIT are on BYE in week 4.
It is believed the NFL will eventually play this game in a later week.  If and when any official announcement is made regarding a make-up game or other changes to the NFL schedule we will adjust our competition as necessary.

I owe u T-Byrds. Not mad about the loss. The same thing happened last year 
when u beat me during the season and I gave it to u in the playoffs. But I was 
trying to pick up Gallody yesterday during MNF and the system wouldn't allow me 
even though I had no one playing. Trying to make up for my 1st rd pick which I 
didn't make because I didn't know that the rounds were only 2 mins and I was in 
the DR/Punta Cana, so I didn't review the new rules, etc.......No worries!!!

WOW!!!
How bad can one person screw up??  Pretty bad.  Take the perceived procedural error just announced for example.  There was NO ERROR!!
The rules DID change and all those waivers removed were 'legal' meaning there never should have been a 'correcttion'.
 Pretty bad, huh?
So, now the correction has been corrected and everything should be back to where it was before the genius stepped in and made such a mess.
If you should find there is still any problem with your roster or line-ups, please notify WANNABE Sports at your earliest convenience.

A procedural error has just been brought to the attention of WANNABE Spoorts.
Immediate actions have been taken to comply with the rules as best possible.
No more than one waiver is allowed per team in the post-season (weeks 13-16). The system did not limit teams to one as it should have.  Therefore, all "illegal" waivers have been reversed and rosters/line-ups have changed accordingly.  If anyone wishes to take issue with the error or the correction, your comments are welcome.

The OFFICIAL NFL scoring for week 10 has changed.
The NFL has changed the status of the touchdown scored by PHI in the second quarter of the WAS@PHI game. Originally scored as a fumble recovery for TD, it is now officially a reception for TD.
As this change was made official by the NFL within the challenge period provided by the Gold League rules, scoring for this league has been updated accordingly.

Scoring Error - Pigskin Pyros vs X-Pats

The Bears returned a missed FG for a 108 yard TD, which should be 12 points 
for the Defense. The scoring system never registered the TD and the points. 
Once it is corrected, that would make the final score 74-66 and a win for the 
Pigskin Pyros. The Commish has been contacted and are awaiting the correction.

to be named Pimpn or some crap like that with weird lines...WTF? Never changed

Congratulations to both teams that made the Super Bowl....The T-Byrds and the 
Easy Riders!!! The T-Byrds pretty much dominated all year long and then the 
Easy Riders.....who didn't have such an easy ride, but managed to fight itself 
all the way to the finals. I wish both you guys luck and may the best team 
win. I know that myself and the rest of Gold Eta will be looking forward to

Guess not many people read this but it looks like it will be T-Byrds and Easy 
Riders in the Championship game, barring a multiple TD game from Philly's 
Defense. Not bad for my first year in this league and coming from a 2-6 record 
earlier in the season. Hopefully it will have an outcome similiar to our first 
meeting, whereas it was a close game but I came out victorious.

Greetings everyone,

This is my first year in the league and looking forward to some good 
competition.  Most of my fantasy experience involved the free yahoo leagues 
which everyone seems to stop playing after the first week and the free wannabe 
sports league so this is my first payed league I have been in.

Welcome back to everyone returning from last season and a warm 
welcome to our new members. I hope everyone is gearing up for the draft on 
Sunday. This is a pretty good group of FFB players, so we should have some more 
fun this season.

As a remider to everyone, as the season progresses, don't forget that you can 
offer trades to anyone in the league. Most of us are open to possible offers if 
they are of equal value in some sort of fashion. Offers like Jerry Rice for 
Clinton Portis don't usually find any takers, but if they can help ya down the 
line, then fire away!

Welcome Easy Rider!  There's not much talk amongst owners in this 
league, but I would always welcome some conversation between owners.This 
leaguse is fun and there are some good games.  I've been in the league for 
three years.
